Rating by category:
The location was excellent, right across the road from a plaza and right near the freeway. Comfy rooms and great parking and good wifi.
The breakfast they rpovide should not be called breakfast...toast, oj and cupcakes.
Room was clean, wifi was decent, staff were polite.
The area made us a little uncomfortable.
I love the booking deals. I love that there are cameras in hallways including the parking lot. My room was clean. Cleanliness is 6/10. I am the type that carries sanitizer wipes and I was not disgusted by the room.
The staff could be friendlier but then my husband reminds me that we are not at a 5-star resort. Lol So then I guess I can't complain. I just like to be greeted every time I pass by the lobby.
nice place to stay
iced machine its only available in the first floor and i was in the 3rd floor
The elevator and ice machine were out of order, the bed was hard, the floor had stains and I went to check in at 3:30 pm and my room was still not ready
I liked how big the bed was and that there was no odor to the room itself. Very clean and spacious.
Flat screen ,king size bed, jacuzzi and pool , elevator acess , clean room
continental breakfast was okay they need fruits and diff cereal maybe add some doughnuts or crissonts
they accused me of smoking in the room which I did not tthey didn't return my deposit and tried to charge me more the elevator was broken I was on the third floor
Clean room and the nice comfy chair in the room. It was made for somebody who had just had surgery. I lived in that chair for about three days and at night time my wonderful husband would help me in the bed.
When your booking a room through some of the sites it shows you pictures of what the room will look like but it's not accurate at all and it was going to cost me more money to get the room it showed me in the picture. That is called false advertising and y'all can get in a lot of trouble for that and y'all's beds are up really high and hard to get on for somebody who has just had surgery.
Away from smoke and on the third floor. Large sink faucet was useful as well as the variable jet spray of shower. Very nice TV! Appreciated the hair dryer and refrigerator.
Obviously no security monitoring the hallways to tell loud patrons late at night to keep quiet while people are trying to sleep. The water in the bathroom toilet in Rm 317 ran constantly even after jiggling the handle, then it made very loud vibrating screeching noises whenever someone somewhere was running the water or flushing. The bed was as hard as a brick with no ease or comfort to sleep on side without injuring shoulder/collar bone. Not enough functional hangars for stays longer than a day or 2. Breakfast did not have orange juice for the 5 mornings of my stay and there was no meat or healthy food or fruits, as all the cereal was loaded with sugar and the pastries did not include wholewheat, nor bran, nor sugar-free. Everything was highly loaded with either white flour and or sugar.
No maid service, howling toilet all night, burn holes in bedding, dirty grout at tub.
This hotel was absolutely horrible! First of all our room was disgusting. We has our young children with us and it was after 11pm when we arrived. There were holes in the blankets and stains all over the carpet and it was not that the room we booked online. After speaking to the front desk we changed rooms (this was after they tried charging us more) the new room was on the third floor & their elevators were broken. We had to carry all of our stuff including our sleeping children up 3 flights of stairs. Our new room was a little better than the first but not by much. The next day my children and husband left the room and when they tried to get back in they couldn't open the door. I was inside and could not get it open either. I was locked in the room for over an hour. The maintenance man could not get the door open from the outside so he had to climb a ladder up three stories and climb in through our window. After being in our room for over 30mins he finally got the door open. He had to remove the entire handle and then we were told there was only a smoking room we could move to. Who would move their children into a smoking room?! So we had to stay the night in that room with only the chain locked. (Every hotel was sold out in the area due to the baseball tournament we were in town for) The whole time I was locked in the room my 5 year old daughter was crying in the hallway because she was scared that I wasn't going to be able to get out. :( not once did anyone apologize to us. The manager still has not returned any phone calls or emails and corporate was just as useless. They didn't apologize either and we were still charged for our stay. Do not ever stay at this property or any other econolodge. Horrible customer service!
Nothing , your staff at Booked.net were useless, econo lodge staff was pathetic & your principals re; great service with Booked.net are to be reported as fraufulent
Everything as said sbove
The security of the place. I usually travel alone.
...Well, breakfast could've been better.
Easy to find. Good parking. Nice breakfast. Clean and roomy.
The staff at check-in was not forthcoming about charging $50 to our credit card which was to be refunded at check-out. This required an extra trip downstairs to have it cleared up. Nobody was at the desk and I had to wait 10 min. For a clerk to arrive. She didn't speak clearly or explain anything unless we asked. She needs some public relations training! The cable didn't work on the major networks but that might have been because of the big wind storm that hit the area that night.
